Most AI is built where data is abundant, infrastructure is reliable, and the market pays. Those conditions describe a small part of the world. Everywhere else, technology arrives late, arrives wrong, or doesn’t arrive — not because the problems are unsolvable, but because no one with the tools is standing close enough to see them.
